The CRUISE Elegance range of fridges have been designed specifically with the RV market in mind and provide the ultimate in style and technology.
The extra thick door insulation increases the efficiency of the fridges and lowers the power consumption. It also helps to avoid any possible water condensation at very high outside temperatures.
With a simple slide of the invisible mechanism, the integrated vent-lock system switches to ventilation mode where the door is kept open while the fridge is not in operation.
Installation is easy with the fixing of the cabinet directly from the interior of the fridge. An innovative bushing structure prevents the crushing of the insulated side wall, when screwing to the cabinet.
The Webasto Cruise CR49 Elegance fridge/freezer uses the same internals as the Cruise 49, but instead it has a metal door front and a central door handle.
These are a cost effective alternative to the ever-popular Dometic CRX50 fridges. Although these don't have the electronic temperature control or removeable freezer box like the CRX50, they do use the BD35F Secop compressor, still making them very efficient, using only 265 watts over a 24 hour period.
This Cruise CR49 Elegance 49 is deeper than Cruise CR42 Elegance, (which has it's removeable compressor) but it uses the same frontal sizes, the Cruise CR49 Elegance holds bottles in vertical and horizontal position. The fan-cooled compressor unit is integrated on the upper part of the refrigerator. Installation frame, adjustable thermostat and inner light are all standard features.
