Basic Gas Fitting Kits for Camper Van, Hobs and Combination Units

These basic kits provide the gas fitting parts needed to fit one of the Dometic, CAN or Thetford, Hobs or Hob/Sink combination units into your campervan conversion. These are ideal for a conversion where you may have a lift out pod, or have a single appliance for occasional use. 

Your gas bottle must be in a sealed area within the van, with a floor mounted drop vent. It is recommended that you have a gas isolation valve between the bottle and the appliance, although we do offer the kits without if you choose not to have one.

To fully comply with the latest Gas Safe LPG Regulation EN1949, you would need to use a bulkhead regulator and pigtail connection, instead of the bottle mounted regulators listed, see here for these kits.

These basic Kits include the following:

• 1 Metre of high pressure rubber gas hose.
• 1 Metre of 8mm copper gas pipe.
• 1 x 8mm straight Compression fitting.
• 1 x 8mm Brass Nozzle for Flexible Gas Pipe.
• 1 x Optional GOK Gas Isolation valve.
• 1 x Regulator: Butane, Propane, or Campingaz fitting.
• 2 x Jubilee clips.
• 3 x 8mm P Clips.
• 1 x 16mm P clip.
• 1 x Gas Drop Vent.
• 1 x Gas Bottle Holder.

If you have more than one appliance you would require the double or triple gas manifold, allowing you to isolate each individual appliance.
